These terms explain how reservations, delivery, equipment care, and general use work for Giggles and Gear Rentals.
We service Sarasota and surrounding areas including Siesta Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, Englewood, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch, University Park, and nearby areas.
Free delivery is available to locations within 25 miles of Vamo, Florida. Outside of the free delivery area, a $20 delivery charge applies. Delivery to SRQ Airport includes a $30 airport fee, and an exact meeting location and time are required. All orders placed and delivered the same day include a $40 same-day fee and are subject to availability.
A minimum order of $40 is required for all rentals.
All reservation requests are subject to availability. A reservation is not confirmed until Giggles and Gear Rentals reviews your request and confirms your order details.
Delivery and pickup times must be coordinated in advance. Customers must provide accurate location details and any instructions needed for access to the delivery location.
Customers are responsible for proper use of all rental equipment and must supervise children at all times. All items should be used according to manufacturer guidelines and intended purpose.
Customers are responsible for rental items from the time of delivery until pickup or return. Charges may apply for damaged, lost, missing, or stolen items.
All items are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before delivery. Customers agree to return items in reasonable condition.
Giggles and Gear Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, failure to follow manufacturer guidance, or lack of supervision.
